Voucher Entitlement: This voucher entitles the bearer to one (1) free Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) certification.

Validity Period: The voucher is valid until the specified expiry date indicated on the voucher. The voucher must be redeemed on or before the expiry date.

Redemption Process: To redeem the voucher, the bearer must scan the QR Code on this voucher to book an LPA certification session in advance through the designated booking platform or contact point provided by FinGroup. The original voucher or a valid digital copy must be presented at the time of redemption.

Eligibility: The voucher is non-transferable. The offer is limited to Singapore citizens and permanent residents, as per the eligibility requirements for LPA certification.

Scope of Services: This voucher covers only the cost of one (1) LPA certification. Additional services, if required, may incur separate charges.

Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable: The voucher is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other services and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: Any rescheduling of the LPA certification session must be requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of the voucher.

Limitation of Liability: FinGroup is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by external factors beyond their control.

Changes to Terms: The issuer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.

By redeeming this voucher, the bearer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
